So Much to Do, So Little Time

Jul 25, 2014

It's past midnight and JJ fell asleep as soon as we got back from dinner. Bennett, on the other hand, is kicking up a storm. In fact, I recorded him moving around in my belly today, but didn't post it because I was scantily clad haha. There's honestly so much on my mind right now (Jamberry consultant stuff, breastfeeding mini sessions coming up, and all things pregnancy or birth related). So, JJ and I decided to spend our day at a local coffee shop tomorrow, in an attempt to get sh*t done while being adventurous.

Also, I'm on a very bad sleep schedule. I toss and turn in bed because my belly gets in the way of my comfort. Usually, I start to doze off around late 3 or early 4ish. Mornings are rough. JJ never ceases to kiss me goodbye before heading out the door (which I appreciate), but as soon as he leaves, I writhe in pain as the sunlight tortures me. It's awful. I wake up around late noon or 1ish, then start my day with food and Netflix.

Since I'm already on a crappy schedule, I see no harm in sipping the chai tea I just made before sitting down to write all this. I'm not the type to stay up if I've had caffeine, anyway. If I'm tired, nothing will stop me from sleeping. Nothing, except of course Bennett when he arrives.

I'm brainstorming ideas on how to start my post on reasons why we are choosing to freebirth, so off I go! This tea is making me hungry... Excuse me while I heat up leftovers.

Love,

Mamabear
